They’re all coming together for Cosmic Connections, a networking night at The Palms at Bonaventure.
We’re bringing together healthcare professionals, realtors, and others who help seniors and their families navigate important life transitions.

It’s a relaxed way to meet new referral partners, strengthen existing relationships, and spend an enjoyable evening with others doing meaningful work for older adults.
