Set and achieve new business sales goals using structured tools and strategy. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using diverse sourcing methods including business directories, trade shows, and digital channels. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams across local, regional, and national levels to leverage cross-sell opportunities and multidisciplinary support. Track performance, update records, and report outcomes. Stay current on industry trends, laws, and licensing requirements through internal and external training. Represent the company at community and industry events. Inside sales (direct market/incoming leads). Service assigned accounts and collaborate with Account Managers when needed. Strategize sales targets and results with management and senior sales professionals. Present company products and services with subject matter expertise. Exercise sound judgment and operate with a high degree of independence. Participate in informal leadership through experience and peer mentorship. Execute other duties as assigned.
Required:
HS Diploma or GED. 3+ yrs of insurance sales exp. Exp servicing and growing defined book of business. Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License.
Preferred:
BA/BS degree preferred. Familiarity with insurance underwriting and rating procedures.
$70,000 - $100,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions
