Her experience as a doula and childbirth educator at California Pacific Medical Center, SF informs her work with professional and personal transitions. Her collaborative, strengths‑based approach treats people as whole, resourceful humans who benefit from space to reflect and steady mentorship. Anastasia holds a B.A. in Psychology from SDSU.
