The amount of growth both professionally and personally that we have had this year, we owe, in part, to our involvement in the chamber of commerce. We are so blessed by this “little” but MIGHTY community of Ventura and all the good...
Happy Spring!
This time of year is wildflower season, and we need to get out there and shoot when they are blooming!
Join us to learn everything you need to know about shooting wildflowers in the hills above Ventura, this Saturday, April 15, 7am - 10:30am. There is a great bloom going on, and we want to take you there.
We will show you about composition, exposure and special techniques to get the shot. We will be walking in the grass and dirt on a steep slope, so be prepared.
Bring your Digital Camera, and your tripod. Also bring your telephoto and your wide angle lenses as well as a small round reflector if you have one.
Wear hiking boots or lug soled shoes. We will be hiking on uneven ground for about a mile on an uphill slope to get to numerous locations. It’s safe, but a bit of an uphill climb. It’s well worth the time and effort to get there.
We will meet the group at 7am at the McDonald’s at Victoria Plaza in Ventura and caravan to the location.
There is a $5 parking fee and a $99 fee for the workshop.
